TECHNICAL DETAILS

• Registration is possible only via internet. Registration on starting day will be possible only if allowed by race director.
• Online registration is possible at latest on 29. 11. 2018 or until capacity is full. Registration on starting day will be possible only if allowed by race director.
• Starting fee is not refundable, but it is possible to transfer to another runner.
• All transfers will be free of charge until 25. 11. 2018 by contacting info@stopnito.cz. After this date transfer will not be possible.
• You must be 18 years and older to participate in any race. If you’re younger than 18 years of age, it is necessary to bring parental consent to the presentation which allows you to start in the race.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

• Thermal blanket

Recommended equipment (especially for hobby runners)
• 0,5l of liquid
• Energy bar, gel etc.
• Running poles, waterproof jacket, long pants etc.
